Tmux Copying Between Panes

• ctrl [ = enter into copy mode
• press v to select text
• ctrl w to copy the text
• ctrl HJKL (or arrows)
• ctrl ] to paste the text

use tmux navigator to have proper vim navigation. leader k arrows is only if your a masochist.
