i use yamaha syxgx vst on master bus in fl set to midi recieve chan 2
put reaper jsfx midi filter to raise it by 2 octaves for sms
lowest note on sms is a0 in fl studio(oct 1 in deflemask)
lowest note on gameboy is c2 in fl studio (oct3 in deflemask
for gameboy ch 4 noise:
c6 is good for a hat
c5 is good for a snare
effect 08 is panning: 10 L 01 R
effect 10 selects wave of chan 3
effect 12 is duty cycle 00, 01, 02, 03
sweeping is only for pulse channel 1
13 sets sweep 14 00 sweeps up 14 01 sweeps down (a non zero value)
open the deflemask gb proj in furnace to save as
if you make a sms song in defle
- save as sms rom and play on gba in sms emulator
- export a 4 chan sms psg vgm and make a .gba rom
Another way is to just use .mod files
